GD Goenka High School campus came alive with vibrant colours and joyful smiles as students celebrated Holi with great enthusiasm!
The celebration began with a special assembly for Foundational years where children learned about the story of Holika and the demon king Hrinyakashyap . Everyone reflected on the values of faith, courage, and the victory of good over evil. They understood the importance of celebrating festivals with harmony, kindness, and safety.
Students explored different hands-on learning experiences , tried making organic colours using gram flour, turmeric, and beetroot powder — promoting eco-friendly celebrations and enjoyed their sensorial play followed by the whole school involvement.
Playing Holi with flower petals and sharing delicious gujiyas added sweetness to the festive spirit.
